What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also accept After Pay and Sezzle

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@sportsfanzshop.com if you need to make changes. There are no guarantees for cancellations as some orders go directly to the manufacturer and begin processing right away

Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering?

Yes! We offer bulk pricing for teams, schools, and organizations. Contact us for a custom quote.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited (2–3 day) and overnight options are available at checkout. If an item states a longer ship window, it will be sent based on the service selected once order ships. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available — check at checkout for your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Sale items and customized products are final sale.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Please go to your order and start a return there. You will receive details once that has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. You'll be notified by email once it's issued.

All items on our website are official licensed merchandise

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for jerseys and athletic wear.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We do restock popular items! Use the "Notify Me" or  Add to wish list button on sold-out product pages to get an email alert when they're back in stock.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access your order history.
